The speakers, censuring the leaflet-scattering operations projected by those concerned of the "foundation" together with the "Alliance for the Movement of Free North", called for preventing the U.S. human rights plot-breeders from entering south Korea as they would only escalate the danger of a war and threaten the people's right to existence.

Urging the minister of Justice to opt for permanently forbidding their entry to south Korea, the speakers demanded the prosecution make an immediate investigation into those concerned of the "foundation" involved in the illegal leaflet scattering operations.
