It embraces all features of the Korean language and has an integrated norm of linguistic culture ranging from vocabulary to grammar. And it fully reflects the characteristics of the Korean nation and is easily accepted by all Koreans.

President Kim Il Sung's popular and revolutionary writing style has laid a firm foundation of further developing it.

Leader Kim Jong Il in his lifetime has also paid deep attention to its development.

Now, Pyongyang cultured language has reached a new higher stage of its development under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
