Bereaved Families Declare Actions for Probing Truth about Ferry Sewol Disaster

Pyongyang, February 23 (KCNA) -- Bereaved families of the ferry Sewol disaster in south Korea declared that they would conduct actions in the U.S. in demand of the probe into the truth about the ferry Sewol sinking accident, according to a south Korean internet paper on Feb. 15.

They expressed the will to completely reveal the truth about the ferry tragedy and the distorted facts and the conflict over the ferry Sewol special law.

They also expressed their determination to positively conduct the actions to salvage the sunken ferry in solidarity with Korean compatriots so as to clearly probe the truth about the accident.

To this end, they will hold round-table talks and lectures in New York, Los Angeles and other parts of the U.S. from March 6 to 15, they stressed.
