Present at the talks from the DPRK side were Ri's party and the DPRK ambassador to Mongolia and from the opposite side the Mongolian ambassador to the DPRK and those concerned of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At the talks both sides exchanged views beneficial to developing the relations between the two countries and reached a consensus on the discussed issues.

After the talks a protocol on cooperation between the foreign ministries of the DPRK and Mongolia was signed.
