Under his leadership the Korean People's Army developed into an invincible army and combat ranks fully equipped with powerful offensive and defensive means capable of defeating any aggressors at a single blow, the chairman noted, and continued:

The DPRK turned into an impregnable fortress equipped with a nuclear deterrent.

Oskar Molleby, chief of the Swedish Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that Kim Jong Il was a peerlessly brilliant commander of Songun.

His feats are great, indeed, the chief said, and went on:

The DPRK is stepping up the building of a thriving socialist nation while frustrating every move of the imperialist allied forces to stifle it. This goes to prove the validity and vitality of the Songun politics enforced by Kim Jong Il.

The DPRK is greatly encouraging the world's progressives.

A congratulatory message to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar held in Sweden.
