Rodong Sinmun on S. Korean Regime's Crimes against National Reunification

Pyongyang, February 26 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Thursday in an article discloses the crimes committed by the Park Geun Hye regime against national reunification while pursuing the "policy toward the north" veiled with the spurious word of "confidence" over the past two years. The "policy toward the north" touted by the present south Korean regime is the one for deteriorating the inter-Korean relations from A to Z, the article says, adding: As soon as the puppet group came to power, it worked with bloodshot eyes to "tighten the alliance" with the U.S. for invading the north, talking about "confidence-building between the south and the north". The south Korean authorities have zealously played the role of a shock brigade in their master U.S. nuclear racket against the DPRK, openly crying out for "policy cooperation" with the U.S., seized with a wild daydream like the "collapse of the north." Consequently, they have pushed the inter-Korean relations to an uncontrollable catastrophe. The puppet authorities came out with "the doctrine of gaining a great opportunity of unification" and the "Dresden declaration" in a bid to advertise "dialogue" for them and deceive the public opinion at home and abroad, while shunning the implementation of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration. They resorted to dastardly moves to put into practice the confrontation of the two differing social systems while malignantly hurting the dignity and social system of the DPRK. This was a factor of pushing the inter-Korean relations to the worst catastrophe. They frantically kicked up the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket and were busy with psychological warfare including leaflet scattering operations. In the meantime they busied themselves forming "preparatory committee for unification" and instituting a "charter for unification" in a bid to back up the confrontation of social systems legally and institutionally. With no rhetoric can they cover up the above-said crimes committed over the past two years. What has happened in that period teaches a serious lesson that there can be neither dialogue nor the improved relations between the north and the south unless the south Korean authorities roll back their policy of confrontation against reunification, the article concludes. |
