Alessandro Mustillo, national coordinator of the Communist Youth Front of Italy, said that Kim Jong Il enjoyed absolute support and trust from the Korean people for his dedication to defending socialism and bringing well-being to them all his life.

The secretary general of the Rome Youth Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Songun Idea of Italy and Matteo Carbonelli, secretary general of the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, praised Kim Jong Il's Songun leadership feats and the exploits he performed for Korea's reunification.

Guy Dupre, secretary general of the International Liaison Committee for Reunification and Peace in Korea, and Benoit Quennedey, vice-president of the France-Korea Friendship Association, praised Kim Jong Il for ushering in the June 15 era of reunification, making tangible contributions to peace and security of the Korean peninsula and the rest of the world.

The chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany and other speakers said that Kim Jong Il defended the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK and the cause of global socialism with his outstanding Songun politics.

Alejandro Cao de Benos, chairman of the KFA headquartered in Spain, said that Kim Jong Il developed the Workers' Party of Korea into the guiding force capable of successfully carrying forward the revolutionary cause of Juche and the party which achieved single-minded unity that cannot be found in any other country.

A letter to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting held by the KFA.
