A genuine patriot should respond to the call of the country and the nation, not in words but by practical actions. Every Korean can claim to be a genuine patriot only when he devotes himself to the work for national reunification, taking to heart the division of the country and the nation.

Those who seek confrontation with fellow countrymen and war will not be able to escape disgraceful ruin and will be cursed by history and posterity as traitors.
