The statement condemned the riff-raffs of the Alliance for the Movement of Free North, who scattered the leaflets against the DPRK together with the "human rights foundation" of the U.S. in January, for seeking to continue scattering leaflets by using a drone.

It said that we cannot overlook the U.S. inciting and supporting such reckless act, noting that the leaflet scattering is a serious provocation that precipitates the war crisis on the Korean peninsula.

Saying that bringing a war is the most cruel human rights abuse, it charged the U.S. has no right to talk about the human rights as it ignores the people's right to existence in a bid to accomplish its political aims.

The statement said that the reckless leaflet scattering operation should be stopped completely.
