At the Rimyongsu Revolutionary Site, they were briefed before the monument to field guidance of President Kim Il Sung and looked round various places of the site.

Leader Kim Jong Il visited the place by leading the first group for the tour of the revolutionary battle sites in June, Juche 45 (1956) and gave teachings to find out and successfully spruce up revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt. Paektu to make contribution to the education in revolutionary traditions.

The members of the tour group looked round the revolutionary historical buildings and relics preserved to their former glory.

They went to the Pegaebong Bivouac which the President dropped in at on the way of advancing into the country with main force of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army during the offensive in the Musan area.

They held a question-and-answer study contest on the same day. They conducted various political activities among people in Samjiyon County and went round the venue of the ice sculpture festival.
