The U.S. kicked off the joint military exercises at any cost though it is obliged to apologize before the Korean nation thousands of times for its hideous crimes. This is a blatant challenge to the DPRK's sincere efforts to solve the issue between the north and the south through dialogue and open a broad avenue to improving the relations.

The south Korean authorities should clearly be aware of the grave consequences their acts of following the U.S. criminal moves to invade the DPRK will entail in the improvement of the inter-Korean relations and peace on the Korean peninsula, and not join the war gamble of the U.S.

The U.S. and south Korean puppet forces should ponder over the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by their war moves against the DPRK and not act rashly and stop the reckless war maneuvers at once.
