He noted in his speech that the President clearly indicated the road to be taken by the Korean people and other progressive peoples by founding the Juche idea and the Songun idea.

He went on:

The august name of the President is shining as a symbol of noble virtue and sense of obligation.

When the Juche idea and the Songun idea are likened to rays of the sun indicating the road to be taken by humankind, his noble virtue and sense of obligation can be likened to the solar heat that brings life to all creatures.

He was a true friend and great benefactor of the peoples of developing countries as he didn't spare assistance of all forms to the peoples of various countries which were facing difficulties in their efforts to build new society.
