Referring to the fact that the U.S. imperialists are busy with the "human rights" racket against the DPRK, the letter said:

The U.S. which had put south Korea under its control long ago has ceaselessly conducted reckless war moves and despicable psychological warfare against socialist Korea.

The U.S. is spending a huge amount of funds for the purpose.

It is very just that the DPRK has access to a strong nuclear deterrence for self-defence.

The U.S. is the worst human rights abuser in the world as it has historically resorted to aggression and man-killing in different parts of the world.

The DPRK set forth the fairest proposals for peace and reunification of the Korean peninsula and has made every effort to achieve them.

However, the U.S. finally responded to it with the aggressive nuclear war exercises with the south Korean authorities.

We strongly denounce the U.S. moves to stifle the DPRK.
