Halt to Key Resolve and Foal Eagle Demanded by Beninese Bodies

| Pyongyang, March 11 (KCNA) -- The Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader" and the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea issued a joint statement on March 5 in denunciation of the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces' joint military exercises Key Resolve and Foal Eagle for aggression. The statement said that an extremely grave situation is now prevailing on the Korean peninsula due to the U.S. and south Korean authorities' reckless war exercises. It went on: The present situation once again clearly proves that the U.S. and its lackeys, south Korean authorities, are the arch criminals disturbing peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and escalating tension in Northeast Asia. We vehemently condemn the U.S. and south Korean authorities' dangerous Key Resolve and Foal Eagle. The world peace-loving people should pay deep attention to the grave situation on the Korean peninsula and become more vocal denouncing the U.S. and south Korean authorities' saber-rattling. The final victory is in store for the army and people of the DPRK all out in the struggle for accomplishing the just cause. |
