Hwang Myong, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of Chongryon, said the joint military drills aiming at "removing" the headquarters of the DPRK and "occupying Pyongyang" are extremely reckless and dangerous nuclear war exercises as they involve the U.S. imperialist forces deployed in south Korea and its vicinity and hundreds of thousands of the south Korean puppet forces and troops of satellite countries.

Pu Yong Uk, chairman of the Osaka Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, urged the south Korean warmongers who, being subservient to the U.S., turned out as a shock brigade for a war against the north to stop at once the reckless nuclear war exercises, mindful of the miserable and fatal consequences to be entailed in the future.

Ri Yong Hun, chairman of the Kanagawa Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, warned that the U.S. and south Korean warmongers will face miserable defeat if they finally lead the situation of the Korean peninsula to a war.

Mun Kwang Hui, chairperson of the Aichi Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, stressed that the U.S. and south Korean warmongers should stop at once the reckless racket for aggression and urged the U.S. imperialist aggression forces to withdraw from south Korea immediately.
