Expressing full support for the statement of a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry denouncing the aggressive war exercises Key Resolve and Foal Eagle by the U.S. and the south Korean authorities, the statement noted:

The DPRK stated that it is ready to sit at the negotiating table any time to create an atmosphere for peace and reconciliation.

We believe that the DPRK will make every effort for peace in the future, too.

Those who are going to aggravate the situation with recourse to force to cause instability in the world should know that all the honest people will not retreat from the way of defending peace wherever they might be in.

The DPRK will protect the interests of the country and its citizens.
