Noting that he saw and felt a lot during his visit to the DPRK in July last year, he praised the Korean people for having achieved great successes in socialist construction under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

He was deeply moved to see the service personnel and people of the DPRK dynamically advancing toward the final victory, holding Marshal Kim Jong Un at the top post of the revolution.

Political rights of the popular masses are successfully guaranteed and such social policies as free education and free health care are in force in the DPRK, he added.
