The letter said:

The south Korean authorities kicked off adventurous joint military exercises together with the U.S., turning down the DPRK's fair and aboveboard proposals for peace on the Korean peninsula and opting for confrontation.

They are also busy with despicable anti-DPRK "human rights" racket.

This resulted in further straining the inter-Korean relations and aggravating the regional situation.

The German branch of the KFA urges the south Korean authorities and the U.S. to stop all conspiratorial moves and respond to the DPRK's just proposals.

We strongly demand the south Korean authorities stop at once their moves to stifle the DPRK.
