The Ministry of the People's Armed Forces and other armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and other overseas Korean organizations, foreign friends, working people and school youth and children will take part in the festival.

There will take place Kimilsungia exhibitions and visits to Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses in local areas.
