Day of Sun to Be Celebrated in Russia

| Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- A Russian public preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was inaugurated on Mar. 16 under the sponsorship of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK. The preparatory committee with Chairman of the association V. A. Petrov as its chairman groups prominent figures of social circle in Russia. It decided to organize colorful political and cultural events such as meeting and book and photo exhibition on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
