Rodong Sinmun Saturday says in an article in this regard:

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces are making much fuss about "military and vocal provocations" by someone and crying out for "strong countermeasures," claiming that "they do not consider their joint military drills as provocations." This reminds one of a thief crying "Stop the thief!"

They have neither justifications nor face to talk about "threat of provocation" as they are seized by the ambition for a war of aggression against the north.

The toughest counteraction to be taken by the DPRK is the most active physical offensive to be taken continuously and preemptively until the warmongers' ambition for a nuclear war against the north ceases.

The U.S. and the puppet warmongers openly declared that they would not abandon their ambition for invading the north by making war exercises "regular" and "annual". Therefore, the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK cannot but take stronger countermeasures. They do not make an empty talk. All their strike means are always ready to open fire at them in the spheres of operations on the ground, in the sea, underwater, air and cyber space.

Unabated not only in south Korea but even in the U.S. are jeers that the anachronistic hostile policy toward the DPRK pursued by Obama to whom the puppet forces kowtow is a "totally failed policy". We will lead the "failed policy" to the final ruin of the U.S. and the puppet forces.
