The message said that the Namibian people achieved independence of the country through a protracted arduous struggle and they have made great achievements in the work to build independent and prosperous Namibia over the past 25 years since its independence under the correct leadership of the South West Africa People's Organizational Party.

It sincerely wished the president and people of Namibia greater successes in the work for national unity and economic development, expressing expectation and belief that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger in all fields.
