Day of Sun to Be Celebrated in Iran

| Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee of the Islamic Coalition Party of Iran for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was inaugurated in Teheran on Mar. 17. Hamid Reza Taraghi, vice general secretary of the party, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. It decided to organize diverse political and cultural events praising the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Il Sung on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
