Obama issued a statement in this regard. He talked such nonsense that all countries should turn out in strengthening the NPT with the common goal of building the world without nuclear weapons.

He takes no notice of the U.S. accelerating the up-gradation of nuclear weapons. Yet, he called on other countries to have common goal of building the world without nuclear weapons. Rodong Sinmun on Monday says this in a commentary.

That the U.S. let loose a spate of sophism again such as "NPT should be strengthened" is to put the non-nuclear states under the yoke of the treaty and create the era of nuclear hegemony that serves its will.

The U.S. is a criminal state with the precedent of having used nuclear weapons in 1945.

The world people still shudder when they think of the crime the U.S. committed by dropping A-bombs and turning Hiroshima and Nagasaki into debris of dead bodies.

No one can vouch that the U.S. will not ignite a nuclear war to bring humankind a nuclear disaster.

Obama had better quit the "Nobel Peace Prize" which was awarded to him for his whopping lies, before talking about the construction of the "world without nuclear weapons".
