The puppet forces are frantically fanning up the hostility towards the DPRK and the atmosphere of confrontation throughout the south Korean society by escalating Foal Eagle, making much fuss about "provocations" and "strong counteraction."

It is self-evident that the DPRK can hardly discuss dialogue and improved inter-Korean relations as the puppet forces are hell-bent on confrontation with compatriots.

There is no need to sit at a negotiating table with those going mad with confrontation and war. It is necessary to settle accounts with them with arms only.
