The "preparatory committee for unification", a plot-breeding mechanism aimed at "unification through absorption" the dissolution of which is strongly demanded by people at home and abroad, was also set up by him at the behest of the present chief executive.

He uttered a spate of invectives against the DPRK, bragging of his clumsy title as minister of Unification, only to be ridiculed by the world.

This is tragicomedy that makes even the boiled head of a cow burst into a side-splitting laughter. He had better control his tongue.
