Industry on Mar. 17 in an article titled "Eternal sun of Juche" said:

President Kim Il Sung, father of socialist Korea, is praised by the progressives as the eternal sun of Juche.

The President provided the great guiding idea for the cause of independence by founding the Juche idea.

He led the service personnel and people of the DPRK to victory with his outstanding military idea, strategies and tactics during the Korean War ignited by the U.S. and inflicted miserable defeat on the U.S. for the first time in history.

In the postwar reconstruction, socialist revolution and construction he always maintained firmly the idea and line of attaching importance to the army and the military affairs and built a socialist power on the principles of independence in politics, self-support in economy and self-reliance in national defence.

Blitz on Mar. 20 carried an article titled "Eternal sun" which said:

President Kim Il Sung devoted his all to the people, regarding it as his motto to believe the people as in Heaven.

Though he passed away, his idea and cause shine long just like the sun.

He lives forever in the hearts of mankind as the sun.
