At the meeting speakers denounced the authorities for paying lip-service to "protection" and "sympathy" after designating April 20 every year as "day of persons with disabilities."

They said that the "day of persons with disabilities" is to cover up the discrimination and exclusion of disabled persons on this land.

They called for turning out in actions for the right to existence in order to build a society where the disabled persons are guaranteed the right to live in peace.

They declared that they would make April 20 the day for abolishing the discrimination against the disabled persons.
