The reporter and speakers said that Kim Jong Un's historic conclusion serves as a militant banner which all officials and members of the union should hold high to successfully carry out the last instructions of leader Kim Jong Il.

They referred to the successes and shortcomings in the work of the union during the past three years and set forth tasks and ways to bring about a radical turn in the drive for thoroughly carrying out the last instructions of Kim Jong Il.
