A. Usupbayev, chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party of Kyrgyzstan, said in a speech:

The great Comrade Kim Il Sung is the father of socialist Korea.

He founded the Juche idea and the Songun idea.

The Korean people are pushing forward the revolution and construction under the banner of the Juche idea and the Songun idea.

He founded the Korean People's Army, revolutionary armed forces.

He founded the Workers' Party of Korea, the force guiding socialist Korea, and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, genuine people's country.

It would have been unthinkable without his exploits that Korean socialism has been firmly defended and emerged victorious.

The chairman of the Association for Implementing the Juche Philosophy of DR Congo noted:

President Kim Il Sung was the greatest man as he glorified the 20th century through his distinguished ideological and theoretical activities and revolutionary practice.

He defeated the U.S. imperialists, who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world, by leading the army and people of the DPRK with his ever-victorious pluck, stratagem and outstanding leadership and thus instilled confidence and courage into the world progressives.

He turned the DPRK into a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliance in national defence with the might of Juche, startling the world and clearly indicating the way for the developing countries to follow.

The immortal exploits performed by him for the global cause of independence will always be remembered by progressive mankind.
