The work, published on April 6, Juche 94 (2005), deals with the historical position of Kimilsungia, significance of its cultivation and tasks for bringing into bloom everywhere in Korea the flower of the sun, treasure common to mankind.

Present at the seminar were Choe Thae Bok, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Yong Jin, vice-premier of the Cabinet, officials concerned, officials of armed forces organs and ministries and national institutions and other people in the city.

The seminar heard papers conveying stories about Kimilsungia and reflecting the fixed faith and will of the service personnel and people of the DPRK to bring into fuller bloom the flower, that has taken its roots deep in the homeland, as flower of the sun in the Songun era.

Speakers called for adding eternal brilliance to the feats of Kim Jong Il who made Kimilsungia an eternal flower of Juche Korea, the most famous flower in the world, and eternal treasure common to mankind, true to the noble intention of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
