On March 26 the policemen of the Japan headquarters for joint investigation committed such violence as searching the houses of the chairman and a vice-chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, he said, and went on:

The Japanese investigation authorities searched the houses absurdly charging the officials with the violation of the "foreign currency exchange law" but they failed to find any evidence proving it.

Such outrage against the leading officials of Chongryon Central Standing Committee who are deputies to the Supreme People's Assembly of the dignified DPRK was done in broad daylight in Japan which boasts of being a "law-governed state" and "democratic state", an unpardonable provocation and grave infringement on the sovereignty of the DPRK.

We bitterly denounce the Japanese authorities' hostile act as human rights abuse.

If they truly want the improvement of the DPRK-Japan relations, they should immediately stop suppression of Chongryon and the Koreans in Japan.
