S. Korean Paper Denounces Authorities Using Deployment of THAAD for Their Political Purpose

Pyongyang, April 7 (KCNA) -- The south Korean internet paper Voice of People in an editorial denounced the "Saenuri Party" for seeking to introduce THAAD to south Korea on April 2.

The editorial accused the "Saenuri Party" of holding a meeting to introduce THAAD on April 1.

Lurking behind the ruling party's discussion on the deployment of THAAD despite protest of the people from all walks of life is a sinister intention to use it for its political purpose, the editorial said, adding:

The ruling party's act of echoing the U.S. assertion intended to force the south Korean people to cover the expenses for introducing THAAD is aimed at meeting its interests and the political interests of its American master.
