The statement said:

The U.S. is working hard to deploy THAAD in south Korea.

It is misleading the public, claiming that the deployment is for preventing "missile threat" from the DPRK.

The U.S. imperialists are trying to justify the deployment and cover up their aggressive aim by leading the DPRK to take strong countermeasures against the war drills they kicked off together with the south Korean puppet forces.

What the U.S. seeks through the deployment of THAAD is to round off their preparations for preemptive attack on the DPRK as well as to create favorable conditions for containing their strategic rivals China and Russia, pursuant to their strategy for world domination.

If the U.S. deploys THAAD in south Korea, a new Cold War structure will be formed in Northeast Asia and greater will be the danger of the Korean peninsula turning into the war theater of big powers again.

We, together with the world progressives, bitterly condemn the U.S. reckless moves.
