Probe into Truth about Ferry Sewol Disaster Demanded by S. Korean Paper

| Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- Voice of People, an internet paper of south Korea, on April 6 carried an editorial titled "Let's pool efforts to have 'enforcement ordinance' on Sewol disaster retracted". The editorial said that the chief executive set forth the "enforcement ordinance", making the probe impossible and reducing the special law on the disaster to a dead paper. The bereaved families had their hair cut short and launched actions in mourning dresses once again in demand of the immediate abolition of the "enforcement ordinance", salvage of the ferry body and probe into the truth about the disaster, it noted. The editorial called upon the people to gather to probe the truth one year since the disaster. |
