Displayed at the venues of the events were photos showing the exploits of the President, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also on show were their works and books and photos introducing the struggle of the servicepersons and people of the DPRK to win final victory.

Films shown included Korean film "Okryu Children's Hospital".

The chairman of the preparatory committee of the DR Congo for celebrating the Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star said the world progressive people boundlessly revered and admired the President who founded the Juche idea to brighten the way for humankind and developed the DPRK into a country of Juche.

The chairman of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw Regional Committee of the Polish Communist Party said that Kim Jong Un is successfully carrying forward the idea and cause of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

A member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist) and other speakers praised the President as a gifted thinker and theoretician and a leader of the people, possessed of great generosity and personalities for his devotion to his country and people and global independence.

Congratulatory messages to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events held in Poland and UK.
