A commentary of Rodong Sinmun Saturday says this is an unpardonable invective to escalate confrontation of social systems between the north and the south and realize at any cost the ambition for the invasion of the north as it revealed the south Korean puppet authorities' intention.

The south Korean authorities have misled the public opinion while giving impression that the scattering of leaflets has nothing to do with them but the ambassador's remarks proved that it was not "self-guided acts" of human scum but a deliberate provocation racket with the involvement and at the instigation of the puppet authorities, the news analyst says, and goes on:

The mask of hypocrisy and deception has been taken off. The south Korean puppet forces are left with no excuses whatsoever.

As the puppet forces openly disclosed their intention to stage psychological warfare against the DPRK in disregard of the north-south agreement, it is quite natural for the DPRK to resolutely counter it.

There is no need to sit at negotiating table with despicable confrontational maniacs who are hell bent on destroying the north-south relations while pursuing the traitorous plan of "unification of social systems" awake or asleep.

Whether the anti-DPRK propaganda means are leaflets, loudspeakers and radios or they are used anywhere, they can never escape the merciless retaliatory blows by the DPRK.

The puppet forces will be made to hold full responsibility for the ensuing catastrophic consequences.
