Delegation of Koreans in Japan Visits Mangyongdae

Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- A delegation of Koreans in Japan headed by Nam Sung U, vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Koreans Residents in Japan, visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung. It came to Pyongyang to celebrate the Day of the Sun (his birth anniversary).

Members of the delegation laid bouquets before the graves of Kim Po Hyon and Ri Po Ik, grandparents of Kim Il Sung, and the graves of Kim Hyong Jik and Kang Pan Sok, his parents, and paid silent tribute to them.

They visited the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum. At his old home in Mangyongdae, they recollected noble careers of Kim Il Sung and his patriotic and revolutionary family members in Mangyongdae.
