Tens of millions of U.S. dollars are estimated to be used for purchasing 400 Hellfire missiles and hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars for Patriot missiles.

The puppet forces have spent 80 percent of the funds for arms import for buying weaponry from the U.S. in a year. In the period from 2009 to 2013 south Korea brought huge profits to their American master through arms purchase.

The present puppet authorities have spent hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars for buying missiles, helicopters, tactical spaceships with various missions from the U.S. for a little over two years. When counting even the funds to be used for Kill Chain and missile shield, they will run into astronomical figures.

Commenting on this, DPRK leading papers on Monday brand this arms deal thrice-cursed act of treachery.

Rodong Sinmun says that the aim sought by the puppet forces in desperately working to buy weapons from the U.S. in wanton violation of the toiling masses' right to existence is to curry favor with their master, the U.S., maintain dictatorial power in reliance on it and realize the scenario for invasion of the north.

The puppet forces' sycophancy toward the U.S. is the root cause of increasing misfortune and pain of the south Koreans and escalating north-south confrontation and the danger of a war, the daily asserts.

Minju Joson says the south Koreans can never get rid of misfortune and pain and the nation cannot escape from disaster as long as the puppet forces are allowed to stay in power.
