DPRK Men's Team Wins Int'l Ice Hockey Games

| Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- The DPRK men's team placed first at the 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Division III which started in Izmir, Turkey on April 3. The DPRK team defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina 13:0, Georgia 12:4, United Arab Emirates 7:0, Luxembourg 5:2 and Hong Kong of China 9:0. It defeated Turkey 4:3 in the last game on April 12, placing first. It is qualified to take part in the 2016 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Division II Group B. |
