Exhibition of Successes in Culinary Art Held

| Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- An exhibition of successes in the culinary art took place on the sidelines of the 20th Cooking Festival held here on the occasion of the Day of the Sun (April 15), the birthday of President Kim Il Sung. On display there were more than 100 exhibits presented by 10-odd public service establishments. They include cuisines which won patents, new kinds of recipes, cooking utensils, dish-related papers, books, multi-media items and albums. What caught the visitors' eyes were exhibits presented by Chongnyon Hotel, Chongryu Restaurant, Changgwang Public Service Management Bureau and Kyonghung Restaurant. The exhibition served as a significant occasion in improving the local cooking technologies and the way of people's diet. |
