The Chongryon Central Standing Committee extends the highest glory and warmest thanks to the Marshal for showing ceaseless loving care for the development of national education, representing profound reverence and loyalty of all the officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan, it noted, adding:

We will consolidate the ranks of all educators to be ones of overseas educators holding the Marshal in high esteem as the only center of unity and leadership, bearing deep in mind the faith that we are sure to win despite any storm and stress as we are led by you and the unshakable will that it is honor to weather any hardship and ordeal as we are steered by you.

We will make a tangible contribution to building a thriving nation, though we are living in Japan, and dynamically conduct the work for national unity and thus glorify this year as a year of opening up a wide avenue to independent reunification and more firmly build up the ranks of supporters and sympathizers with Chongryon and national education through positive external activities.

All the officials and compatriots will single-mindedly unite and register signal achievements in the national education in this significant year marking the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation and the 60th anniversary of the formation of Chongryon and thus live up to the profound loving care of the Marshal with loyalty.
