Present at the seminar were personages of the Nepal National Memorial Committee for President Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il, the Nepali National Preparatory Committee for Celebrating the Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star, the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), the Nepal Journalist Association, the Nepal-Korea Friendship Association and the Nepal Literature Forum for the Study of the Songun Politics and other people. The DPRK ambassador to Nepal and his embassy officials were present there on invitation.

The participants laid bouquets before the portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung and paid tribute to him.

A brief biography of his revolutionary activities was introduced at the seminar.

Speeches were made by the general secretary of the C.C., the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) who is chairman of the Nepal National Memorial Committee for President Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il, the chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association and other figures.

Speakers praised Kim Il Sung as the benefactor of liberation of the Korean nation, iron-willed commander who led the Fatherland Liberation War to victory and tender-hearted father of progressives.

They also said that the DPRK founded by Kim Il Sung and developed by leader Kim Jong Il is making a long drive under the wise guidance of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

They laid bare the ever more undisguised moves of the U.S., south Korean puppet authorities and other hostile forces against the DPRK and expressed support for the just cause of the Korean people.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
