In the message the national leader said he deemed it honor to extend the highest salute to the great Comrade Kim Il Sung, the eternal President of the DPRK, on the occasion of his 103rd birth anniversary on behalf of all members of the Workers' Party of Mexico and on his own behalf.

President Kim Il Sung, founder of the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK, was the great state leader and outstanding international elder statesman who performed distinguished feats in building a thriving socialist nation in Korea, achieving the independent reunification of Korea and realizing the global cause of socialism by leading the party and government of the DPRK to victory, the message said, and continued:

We are convinced that under your wise leadership the Korean people would win only victories in defending socialism and on all fronts of building a thriving socialist nation and brilliantly adorn the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation and the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea as great revolutionary auspicious events.

Availing myself of this opportunity, I most sincerely wish you continued great achievements in your noble work of triumphantly leading the WPK and the DPRK.
