The stamps deal with the orders and medals the President received from many countries and international bodies for his great contribution to the human cause of independence.

Depicted in them are orders and medals from former Indonesian President Soekarno, Great King of Cambodia Norodom Sihanouk, former Lao President Kaysone Phomvihane and the former Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet.
