Thanks to the noble revolutionary moral obligation of leader Kim Jong Il and the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Il Sung is always remembered by the people as the sun of Juche and the eternal President of the DPRK and his great revolutionary career and history are given steady continuity along with the years of Juche.

The speaker paid highest tribute and extended eternal glory to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, representing the unanimous desire of all the service personnel and people and the world progressives.

He clarified the stand of the WPK and the DPRK to dynamically step up the cause of national reunification true to the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and make positive efforts for global independence and prosperity common to mankind.
