S. Korean Citizens Demand Withdrawal of Authorities' Unpopular Education Policy

| Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- Members of civic organizations and parents of students in South Kyongsang Province on April 9 launched an anti-"government" struggle in Changwon City, according to KBS of south Korea. Children are suffering due to the unpopular education policy of the present regime, they said, demanding an immediate withdrawal of the unreasonable policies. That day the security authorities hurled more than 1 000 policemen into quelling a demonstration. |
