They praised Kim Il Sung for founding the immortal Juche idea, Songun idea, ushering in the Juche era and making great contributions to the revolutionary cause of Juche, patriotic cause of Chongryon, the cause of national reunification and the global cause of independence with his brilliant wisdom, outstanding and seasoned leadership ability and noble virtue.

They expressed the will to make devoted service to glorify the 60th founding anniversary of Chongryon, noble heritage bequeathed by the great leaders out of patriotism, by making a leap forward toward opening a new heyday and to bring happy and wealthy future to the Koreans in Japan and their descendents, while keeping pace with the people in the homeland who are making a drive to build a thriving nation in the DPRK under the guidance of Kim Jong Un.

They would firmly consolidate Chongryon, which Kim Jong Un puts forward with deep trust, as a dignified overseas Koreans' organization of the DPRK and conduct a dynamic movement of Koreans in Japan in the glorious Kim Jong Un's era by dint of the harmonious whole of Chongryon organizations and Koreans in Japan, the messages stressed.
