Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet police is working hard to invoke a fascist law to crack down on the bereaved families of the ferry Sewol disaster and other people out in the actions for probing the truth about the disaster, according to Voice of People, an internet paper of south Korea. The puppet Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on April 12 that it would indict more than 20 persons including bereaved families on charges of the violation of the "law on assembly and demonstration". They were walked away in the middle of their actions at the Kwanghwamun Plaza in Seoul. At the plaza on April 11 bereaved families and other people from all walks of life, more than 8 000 in all, held an all-people rally and demanded the authorities abolish the "enforcement ordinance" and salvage the ferry. Under the growing public pressure the puppet group instituted a special law on probing the truth but is blocking it from being implemented. |
