Russian Delegation Lays Wreath before Liberation Tower

| Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- The visiting delegation of the Supreme Court of Russia led by President Vyacheslav Lebedev laid a wreath before the Liberation Tower Thursday. Present there were Chae Kyong Suk, vice-president of the Supreme Court of the DPRK, officials concerned, Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Matsegora and staff members of his embassy. A wreath was placed before the tower in the name of the president of the Supreme Court of Russia. The participants observed a moment's silence to the memory of the fallen fighters of the Soviet Army. |
